Courtney has been practicing yoga since 2003. She has seen firsthand the transformative power of yoga, having not been sick once in four years!
She has practiced Forest Yoga for 3 years, and attended a weekend workshop taught by Ana Forest. Courtney has practiced Ashtanga Yoga for 5 years, training under Paul Dallaghan of Yoga Thailand and attended many of his workshops.
Courtney is a certified CorePower Yoga Instructor and teaches Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow. She currently practices 6 days a week and trains at Elate Yoga, Moksha Yoga, CorePower, North Shore Yoga, and YogaNow.
