With over 7 years teaching a variety of styles split between Chicago and new York, Dana had impacted countless lives by helping students begin a practice, broaden their practice, or hone in on a specific skill. Dana blends elements from Vinyasa, Core, (Hot) Power Flow and Caponyasa into her practice both for herself and her students.

Having taught yoga as a yogi-in-residence within gyms, physical therapy offices, and yoga studios, Dana taps into both the spiritual and restorative effects of yoga based on students needs.
