Taylor first began practicing yoga while attending college in Boulder, Colorado in 2007. Yoga presented a new physical challenge to her usual workout routine and a positive energy to her life off the mat.
For Taylor, being a yoga instructor means being able to give her students what yoga has given her: a challenging physical practice, a clear mind, and a peaceful spirit.
When she isn’t teaching, Taylor looks for ways to deepen her understanding of yoga and has taken workshops from some of today’s master teachers including Seane Corn, Kathryn Budig, and Tim Miller.
Taylor has received teacher training from Corepower yoga and 200-hr certification through Yogaview.
